Grazing Hour & Cocktails
The evening begins with a grazing hour featuring chef-created bites alongside cocktails and mocktails by Maeve’s Mobile Cocktails, inspired by the flavors, ingredients, and culinary traditions that shaped the nation.
Seated Dinner by Liberty Lane Catering
Following the grazing hour, guests will enjoy a seated dinner prepared by Liberty Lane Catering. Please note any dietary restrictions when purchasing tickets.
FIRST COURSE
Three Sisters Salad
A seasonal salad inspired by the Indigenous companion crops with butternut squash and pumpkin seeds, finished with lime vinaigrette.

Herb-Roasted Quarter Chicken
A seasoned quarter chicken roasted with savory herbs, served with rosemary-roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Baked haddock finished with a rich cracker topping and lemon sauce, served with rosemary-roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Filet Mignon
Filet mignon prepared medium-rare and finished with Béarnaise sauce, served with rosemary-roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Creamy Mushroom Risotto
Creamy mushroom risotto finished with a seasoned Portobello mushroom and served with grilled asparagus.

Honoring Martha Fuller Clark
America’s 250th Gala honors Martha Fuller Clark, a longtime civic leader, preservation advocate, and a friend of Strawbery Banke, for her extraordinary leadership and longstanding dedication to preserving the Museum and its stories.
Through decades of public service and community leadership, Martha Fuller Clark has helped shape Portsmouth’s cultural landscape and champion the importance of place, history, and civic engagement.
