Strawbery Banke has a strong partnership with Northeast Passage (NEP), a program of the University of New Hampshire that provides recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities. NEP is at the rink weekly with adaptive skating equipment, including sit-down recreational ice sleds, adult skate trainers, etc., and staff who can assist individuals in using it. Check the weekly ice schedule for "Adaptive Ice Time." Interested parties can sign up through NEP. In addition, for those who would like to skate at other times, NEP has rented a sled for the season for anyone to use during adaptive skate, free of charge. To make arrangements, please contact Kayley Vavra, Rink Manager, via kayley@rinkservicesgroup.com.

Ticket sales begin each week on on Sundays at 5 PM ET. Tickets are available for purchase online or in-person at the admissions desk in the Lawrence J. Yerdon Visitors Center, 14 Hancock Street, Portsmouth, on a first-come, first-served weekly basis. Phone call reservations are not accepted.

Strawbery Banke currently offers the following discounts to skating tickets to Labrie Family Skate at Puddle Dock Pond.
Members:
Strawbery Banke members receive a 50% discount on public skating admission tickets. The quantity of discounted tickets is based upon membership level. For questions regarding membership, contact the Membership office via membership@sbmuseum.org or 603.770.0257.Library Admission Passes:
Libraries participating in the Strawbery Banke Library Membership program may offer their patrons the ability to check out a library membership pass. This pass entitles the bearer and their immediate family to 50% discount on public skating admission tickets. Library pass holders are not able to purchase tickets online and will be honored in-person at the admission desk in the Lawrence J. Yerdon Visitors Center, 14 Hancock Street, Portsmouth.U.S. Active-Duty Military:
U.S. active-duty military and immediate family members receive a 50% discount on up to 6 public skating admission tickets. Those who qualify for discounted admission should contact Kayley Vavra, Rink Manager, at 603.422.0600 or Kayley@rinkservicesgroup.com to obtain a discount code for online ticketing. Please be prepared to present a valid ID at the admissions desk upon arrival.Free Skating Sessions:

Skate passes from ten-ticket passbooks cannot be redeemed online. To reserve space in a public skating session, passes must be redeemed in person at the admissions desk after ticket sales for the upcoming week beginning each Sunday at 5 PM. Skating passes do not guarantee admission to the rink and must be redeemed for a timed skating session ticket.

Skating tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable. Simply, forward the e-ticket to whomever will be skating.

Strawbery Banke is happy to accommodate requests for purchased tickets to be transferred to a different date within within 24 hours of the ticket purchase. The Museum will work with the ticket purchaser within the 24-hour window, as availability allows, to make the adjustments requested.
Note that Strawbery Banke is unable to accommodate requests for purchased tickets to be transferred to a different date outside of the 24-hour window.

If a skating session is canceled by the Museum due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, skating tickets are automatically refunded for the affected sessions. Ticket holders will be notified via email should a session be cancelled along with cancellation notices posted to the Labrie Family Skate at Puddle Dock Pond Facebook Page.

All skaters and patrons must check in at the admissions desk in the Lawrence J. Yerdon Visitors Center, 14 Hancock Street, Portsmouth, to receive a color ticket tag to be admitted onto the ice for each skating session.
