Candlelight Stroll Sponsor-A-Tree Program

Sponsorships available summer 2026!

Each year, Strawbery Banke invites businesses, organizations, and individuals to sponsor and decorate a tree for its annual Candlelight Stroll event! Candlelight Stroll takes place on December 4-6, 11-13, & 18-20, 2026. A total of 50 trees installed in the “Grove of Sponsored Trees” are available for sponsorship. Get yours before they sell out!

Sponsor-A-Tree participants receive:

  • An approximately 6' tree in a beautiful outdoor grove located on Puddle Dock ready for decorating.

  • A sign in front of your tree with your name and/or logo on it. (Visitors can vote for their favorite!)

  • Electrical outlets for each individual tree for you to plug in your lights.

  • A discount on admission to attend Candlelight Stroll during its 2026 season.

  • A chance to win a 4-pack of tickets for next season!

Tree Sponsor Responsibilities:

  • Provide your own tree lights. All lights must be LED string lights (any color; solid or blinking).

  • Decorate your tree creatively. (Please do not use glass or edible ornaments).

  • Promptly provide the name and logo you would like displayed on the sign in front of your tree.

  • Remove decorations and lights promptly after Candlelight Stroll concludes.

  • Provide a primary contact name and email so Strawbery Banke can share decoration dates and additional instructions.

Price:

  • Businesses: $275

  • Non-Profit Organizations & Individuals: $175

Deadline:

The deadline to sponsor a tree is October 30, 2026, or while tree supplies last.
