Candlelight Stroll Sponsor-A-Tree Program

Each year, Strawbery Banke invites businesses, organizations, and individuals to sponsor and decorate a tree for its annual Candlelight Stroll event! Candlelight Stroll takes place on December 4-6, 11-13, & 18-20, 2026. A total of 50 trees installed in the “Grove of Sponsored Trees” are available for sponsorship. Get yours before they sell out!

Sponsor-A-Tree participants receive:

  • An approximately 6-foot tree in a festive outdoor grove on Puddle Dock, ready for decorating.

  • A sign with your name or logo displayed in front of your tree.

  • Access to an electrical outlet for your tree lights.

  • An exclusive 20% discount on nonmember Candlelight Stroll tickets for Friday and Sunday dates in 2026. Member tickets are already discounted, and only one discount may be applied per order.

  • The opportunity to be voted a visitor favorite, with the first-place tree receiving a complimentary four-pack of tickets to Candlelight Stroll 2027.

Tree Sponsor Responsibilities:

  • Provide your own tree lights. All lights must be LED string lights; any color is welcome, and lights may be solid or blinking.

  • Decorate your tree creatively. Decorations should be weather-resistant and securely attached. Please do not use glass, paper, food, edible, or breakable ornaments. Puddle Dock can be very windy, so ornaments should be fastened securely to the tree.

  • Submit the name or logo you would like displayed on the sign in front of your tree by Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

  • Provide a primary contact name and email so Strawbery Banke can share decorating details, pick-up information, and any additional instructions.

  • Remove all lights, ornaments, and decorations after Candlelight Stroll concludes and no later than Monday, January 4, 2027. Beginning January 5, any remaining items will be removed and recycled unless prior arrangements have been made with Strawbery Banke.

  • Businesses: $275

  • Non-Profit Organizations & Individuals: $175

The deadline to sponsor a tree is October 30, 2026, or while tree supplies last.
