Learn to Skate Lessons
Learn to Skate lessons offer a 5-session introduction to ice skating for all skill levels, helping participants build confidence on the ice. Programs are led by Lisa Langley, professional skating instructor, and are offered in youth sessions for ages 5–17, tot classes for children under 5, and adult lessons for ages 18 and older.

Pricing:
Session tuition is $130. There is no member discount.
Classes meet once per week for 5 weeks. There are no lessons on December 23, 25, 30, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
Important Information:
Attendance
There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed lessons.
Age Requirements
Skaters new to our program must be 5 years old at the time of enrollment for classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
A Tot Class (under age 5) is offered Friday mornings in Session 2.
Adult Lessons
The adult class (ages 18+) is available on Tuesdays at 4:50 PM only.
Outdoor Facility
Participants must come dressed for cold weather, including gloves and a jacket.
Safety Requirements
Helmets are REQUIRED for all children. Bike helmets are acceptable.
Ice skates are included for participants if needed.
Parents are not allowed on the ice during lessons.
Payment & Refunds
Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
Learn to Skate enrollments must be paid in full at signup.
All payments are non-refundable unless the program is cancelled or a refund is authorized by the program director.
Weather Cancellations
A school cancellation does not automatically mean skating lessons are cancelled.
If the rink closes due to weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson.
If rescheduling is not possible, a free skate pass will be issued.
Weather cancellations will be posted on the Labrie Family Skate Facebook Page and sent via email by 2 PM on the day of the lesson whenever possible.
