Linnea Grim joined Strawbery Banke in 2023 after most recently serving as the vice president of Guest Experiences for the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, a private nonprofit that owns and operates Monticello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Grim has 23 years of experience working in leadership positions at nationally relevant historic sites, history organizations, and in the Office of the Curator at the Supreme Court of the United States. She spent the last 16 years at Monticello serving as Hunter J. Smith Director of Education & Visitor Programs and Manager of Interpretive Programs prior to joining Monticello’s executive team in 2021. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from The College of William and Mary, and a Master’s degree in history museum studies from The Cooperstown Graduate Program.

Kathy Williams Kane is the founder and manager of The Maestro Fund, a private equity real estate investment fund dedicated to long-term investment in New England real estate. She also founded Maestro Consulting which advises companies and institutions on strategic methodologies and investment analysis for existing portfolios or development projects in the commercial real estate world. Maestro Consulting formerly ran the State of New Hampshire’s New Market Tax Credit program and acted as Director of Real Estate for Resolute Capital, a national private equity company.
Kane has attained both the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations, distinctions held by only a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals nationwide.
In addition to her role at Strawbery Banke, Kane currently serves as Treasurer of Society of Office and Industrial Realtors of New England and as Secretary of Portsmouth Housing Authority Development Board. She has served on numerous other boards, including as Treasurer of the State of New Hampshire Business Finance Authority, Chair of Development for Leadership NH, and as member of the Board of Overseers at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She has also previously served as Chair of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of the Foundation for Seacoast Health and Exeter Hospital Children’s Committee.
