About the event:
Trick-or-treat safely outdoors from house to historic house with Jack-o'-lanterns lighting the way of Portsmouth's oldest waterfront neighborhood. Meet long-dead sea captains, wayward pirates, and a mysterious fortune-teller.
Listen to ghostly tales, spooky plays, and interactive improvisation bringing history back to life. Additionally, enjoy frighteningly fun shopping at Pickwick's At the Banke, the Museum store.
Ghosts on the Banke tickets are only available online and this year's event is expected to sell out in advance.

Note: All visitors and employees regardless of vaccination status attending Ghosts on the Banke are required to wear a mask covering the mouth and nose. If you don't have your own mask, Strawbery Banke Museum can supply one at no cost.
There is NO onsite parking for Ghosts on the Banke as the Museum's parking lot is reserved for those with handicap accessible plates or hangtags only. Visitors are encouraged to try nearby offsite parking options including Portsmouth's two parking garages:
Due to the limited capacity of this event, there can be no refunds. Additionally, Strawbery Banke is unable to accommodate requests for purchased tickets to be transferred to a different date.

Strawbery Banke Museum hosts the 2021 Dawnland StoryFest, New Hampshire's Annual Indigenous Storytelling Festival. This year's festival is held online via Zoom and is dedicated in memory of Wolf Song, a well-respected and much loved Vermont Abenaki traditional storyteller. Free to attend. Suggested donation of $10. Preregistration required.
Historical Fiction Writing Virtual Homeschool Program
