Strawbery Banke is one of the premier group tour destinations in the Seacoast. Explore the Museum’s nearly 10-acre site, including the historic houses and heirloom gardens and historic landscapes, at your group’s leisure with a self-guided tour. School-aged children step into the past with engaging homeschool programs and school field trips and workshops led by Strawbery Banke educators.

Please note that when booking a self-guided tour or field trip, it is recommended to make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance.

    Tour historic houses on their original sites, meet engaging roleplayers, watch traditional crafts demonstrations, and explore historical gardens.

    Homeschoolers and their families are invited to step into the past, explore traditional arts and crafts such as basket weaving and woodworking, solve mysteries using documents, and so much more.

    Through interactive onsite self-guided tours, workshops, and virtual field trips, students are led by the Strawbery Banke educators in activities and conversations that connect their experiences to the past.
