Hands-On History Virtual Courses
In Hands-On History virtual classes, students ages 8-11 become familiar with some of the transitional moments in American history through a variety of teaching methods. Using the Strawbery Banke neighborhood as a backdrop, each class begins with a multimedia PowerPoint introducing a particular era and providing context for main events. Classes meet Tuesdays at 9 AM via Zoom and last for 45 minutes. Classes occur once a week for four weeks.
