Ages 10-12

Work alongside professional archaeologists to discover how artifacts are found, preserved, and exhibited. Learn firsthand how to properly and safely excavate an historic site, preserving and analyzing the artifacts that are uncovered. Youth archaeologists will take part in a mock excavation at Strawbery Banke and spend time at a real site, helping to solve the mysteries of the past.
